Terms of Service

By accessing or using ismysiteup ("the Service"), operated at ismysiteup.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ismysiteup is a website uptime monitoring service. We periodically check the availability of URLs you provide and notify you via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp when a monitored site goes down or recovers. The Service also monitors SSL certificate expiration, tracks response times, and provides incident history.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free — Up to 5 monitors, minimum 3-minute check interval
• Starter ($2.99/mo) — Up to 10 monitors, minimum 2-minute interval
• Pro ($4.99/mo) — Up to 20 monitors, minimum 30-second interval
• Premium ($9.99/mo) — Up to 30 monitors, minimum 5-second interval

Yearly billing is available at a discounted rate (2 months free). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress testing against third-party systems
• Monitor URLs hosting illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, monitor limits, or security measures
• Monitor private or internal network addresses (these are blocked by our SSRF protection)
• Use the notification system to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

The Service supports email (built-in or your own SMTP server), Telegram, and WhatsApp (via CallMeBot) notifications. You are responsible for providing correct notification credentials. We are not liable for failed notifications due to incorrect settings, third-party service outages, or network issues.

You retain ownership of all URLs, monitor configurations, and notification settings you provide. By using the Service, you grant us permission to make HTTP requests to your monitored URLs for the purpose of checking their availability.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or delayed notifications.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your monitoring data will be soft-deleted and may be permanently removed after 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located.
