Terms of Service

By accessing or using ismysiteup ("the Service"), operated at ismysiteup.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ismysiteup is a monitoring platform that includes: (a) Uptime monitoring of URLs; (b) Data Monitors, which periodically read values from an endpoint you configure (such as counts of orders, signups, or payments) and alert you when those values change, stop, or cross thresholds you set; (c) API endpoint tests, which send scheduled requests and validate responses against assertions you define; (d) an API Client for manually sending and inspecting API requests; and (e) an optional AI assistant. The Service also monitors SSL certificate expiration, tracks response times, and provides incident history. Alerts are delivered via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Slack. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and is not a guaranteed or sole monitoring solution for mission-critical systems.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

ismysiteup offers three plans:

• Free ($0)
• Pro ($9/month)
• Business ($24/month)

Each plan includes defined limits on Data Monitors, uptime monitors, API endpoint tests, API Client usage, alert volume, and check frequency, as described on our Pricing page. We may change plan features, limits, or prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current paid period you have already been billed for. All prices are exclusive of VAT or applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise; tax is added at checkout where required.

Yearly billing is available at a discounted rate (2 months free). Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

EU/EEA consumers: by purchasing a subscription and gaining immediate access to the Service, you expressly request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital service. This does not apply to business (B2B) customers.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs, API endpoints, or data sources you do not own or are not authorized to monitor
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress testing against third-party systems
• Monitor endpoints or URLs hosting illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or security measures
• Monitor private or internal network addresses (these are blocked by our SSRF protection)
• Use the notification system to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

AI assistant. The optional AI assistant operates using an AI provider key that you supply. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing any output and for any actions you take based on it, and we are not liable for AI-generated content or its consequences.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

The Service supports email (built-in or your own SMTP server), Telegram, WhatsApp (via CallMeBot), and Slack notifications. You are responsible for providing correct notification credentials. We are not liable for failed notifications due to incorrect settings, third-party service outages, or network issues.

You retain ownership of all URLs, monitor configurations, and notification settings you provide. By using the Service, you grant us permission to make HTTP requests to your monitored URLs for the purpose of checking their availability.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or delayed notifications.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your monitoring data will be soft-deleted and may be permanently removed after 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
